COMPRESSOR OILS
Application areas:
It is most suitable to be used in high performance rotary air compressors/screw compressors and vacuum pump. This can be used upto 250°C air discharge temperature. It can be used in journal bearing and antifriction bearings for fans operating at high speed and temperatures. HYCOM VDL T100 is an ashless fluid which can be used in the high pressure boiler control valves.
APPROVALS
It passes through the stringent Pneurop Oxidation performance test with catalyst and DIN 51352 Part II. It meets the requirements of DIN 51506 VD-L and ISO DIS 6521 specifications. It also exceeds SPERRY VICKERS I-286-S, AFNOR NFE 48603(HM), DIN 51524 Part II (HLP) and CINCINNATI MILACRON P-68, P-69, P-70 specifications. Since the product exceeds DIN 51524 Part II (HLP) norms it provides improve antiwear performance as compared to normal compressor oils. The anti-oxidation property of the oil exceeds IS:1012.
Special Features
It is specially blended from saturated paraffinic Group II base stocks and selected premium grade of antioxidants, anti-rust, anti-foam and anti-wear additives. The additives used employ the latest state of the art ash less (free from metals) technology.
