Special Features
PARTHAN SL is a new generation fully synthetic extreme pressure gear lubricant specifically developed for lubricating the heavily-loaded gearboxes and rolling element bearings of industrial gear boxes.
PARTHAN SL shows superior performance in the FAG FE-8 Test. PARTHAN SL can be recommended for gear boxes where high temperature performance coupled with micro-pitting resistance is required. PARTHAN SL is compatible with most sealants and bearing materials used in industrial applications and recommended for use in heavily loaded step-up spur/ helical/ herringbone/ bevel/ planetary gearboxes. PARTHAN SL oils can replace mineral based gear oils leading to lower operating temperature and efficiency improvement. PARTHAN SL has been specially formulated with new generation extreme pressure additive which is chlorine free and offers long term protection against rust and corrosion while simultaneously keeping gear parts clean and also ensuring good filterability. Premium antioxidants supplemented by the synthetic base used provide extra long service life in applications.

Product exceeds the requirements of DIN 51517 Part III. PARTHAN SL Grades are available in ISO VG 150 to ISO VG 460.
PARTHAN SL Series is available in barrel sizes of 210 Litres.
